The post holder will be oversee the relationship between AEI Saudi and some of our most valued and important clients. You will build and maintain relationships with our clients' key points of contact and respond to and fulfill client requests.
Customer service:

Serve as the main contact for Entity Establishment clients, handling inquiries via email, mail, and phone.

Provide clients with a clear service plan, timeline, and required documentation.

Keep clients updated on service status and promptly inform them of any complications.
Administration activities:
-
Draft professional correspondence (contracts, agreements, letters) as advised.

Assist the Head of Entity Establishment with financial duties: proposals, cost models, invoicing, vendor/client registration, PO management, and debt collection.

Update client records and task management systems.

Help prepare activity reports for Senior Management and Executives.
Client-facing activities:
-
Assist the Head of Entity Establishment in ensuring key activities meet quality standards and deadlines
Entity Creation and Commercial registration activities:
-
Pre-advisory activities incl: advisory on licensing, entity type, ISIC registration, Arabic name application, and drafting articles of association.

Obtain licenses and registrations (MISA, Commercial, CoC, HRSD, GOSI, Wasle, Muqeem).

Secure General Manager Iqama Visa.

Experience:
-
Experience in Saudi Arabia's Corporate Services or Government Sector is highly advantageous
-
Experience in Consultancy or Professional Services is a plus.

Strong administrative and organizational skills required.

Proven ability to serve internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Fast learner and willing to learn and handle new responsibilities

Knowledge of research skills and processes is a distinct advantage

Experience international business and working within a Western work culture a distinct advantage
