It's our AEI Residency model. An AEI Residency is a home from home, with fully-serviced accommodation including meal services, laundry, housekeeping and admin support for residents. We’ve implemented this successfully in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Kharj and Hafr Batin.
Diplomatic Quarter Residency
Our flagship serviced accommodation is in the Diplomatic Quarter Residency in Riyadh. This is serviced accommodation for up to 15 expatriates in a secure and friendly environment. For smaller teams or individuals, AEI's Diplomatic Quarter Residency is an ideal soft landing into the Kingdom. We’ve seen professional and social networks blossom here – it’s a superb environment for your teams.
