This week, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Transport and Logistics announced over 1 trillion SAR has been allocated as investment in the logistics sector, as KSA aims to become a global hub by 2030. 200 billion SAR has already been deployed, as the country’s transport and logistics plan aims to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s position as a connecting force to three continents.
In other news, Fintech experts believe Saudi Arabia is positioned to lead the regional landscape in decentralised finance. Fintech Saudi, an initiative launched by SAMA, provides a comprehensive support framework for fintech entrepreneurs including resources for training, networking and funding.
